They always are on time & always professional I've been using them for well over 12 years. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone else. They kept my children safe from outdoor pests. Also keeping out pets free of fleas and such.
I rarely have time or patience for writing reviews but I feel they have definitely earned my time and recommendation. I have been using Southland Pest Control for years now, and until this day I have not had any problems with them. I started using their services just based on local reviews and they were not wrong. Every single person we have interacted with from Southland has been courteous, professional, and happy to clarify any questions. After some searching, we hired Southland for bimonthly pest control for our new home. From the scheduler to the techs, customer service has been unparalleled. We also had a termite inspection done and I was blown away by the thoroughness and care taken throughout the process.
Reliable service and great rates. Came out for the initial service and everything was explained well. We decided to get service as preventative so we won't encounter big issues in the future. Crystal in the office is very pleasant and communicated clearly what the costs would be.
Southland is AMAZING!!! I am severely afraid of bugs so when I saw a particularly pesky one in my home for the first time- I freaked! I had used Southland once years ago when sow bugs infested my garden and so I drove over to southland. Marcelo was kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He was also so nice to my sons. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment! When Dontae arrived at my home, he was polite, professional and really nice! He listened patiently to my concerns and explained the process to me so thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I am so thankful to have a friend in Southland Pest Control!
Really good experience meeting with Marcello who was a wealth of knowledge on the type of termites invading our home. The cost to treat was surprisingly manageable. I will be scheduling an inspection and treatment shortly.
Hands Down! This company is amazing! This has been such a great experience. Given the circumstances with bugs... it was a 100% a great experience. Marcelo was so helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, no matter the time, he was available. He was so honest with us and that's what we appreciate the most and made have trust in everything he was telling us! He was so polite, friendly, and definitely professional. I had a bee infestation on the roof of my house and messaged Southland Pest Control. Marcelo replied to my message with a detailed quote in just minutes and was able to schedule an appointment to check out the problem the same day. Marcelo showed up on the dot and took care of the infestation within 30 minutes. He did a great job giving me a well-versed explanation to the problem and what to expect the next few days. His customer service was superb and I would recommend Southland Pest Control to anyone that is in the unfortunate situation of having a pest problem.
Marcello is so kind and helpful! Great service. I reached out to the company for a quote, gave him all the information and photos he needed. Within 20 minutes he responded with tips on how I can solve the problem! How nice is that, after I did what he told me to do, I continued to have problems and messaged him again. Again he gave me advice on how to solve the problem, it felt like he was giving advice to a member of his family. Which I appreciate because 1. i'm saving money and 2. i'm learning just in case this happens again. Thank you for all the help!
I am extremely impressed with the level of service Marcelo showed me when he came out to inspect my house. He is smart and educated in what he does.
