Do you take the nest down, or just treat it?
Both, wherever the nest can be reached. Treating the colony without removing the nest leaves a structure that the next season’s queen may find appealing. Some nests cannot be removed, particularly ones inside wall voids, and in those cases treatment is the whole job and the cavity is left to be sealed afterward.
Can we be home during the treatment?
Yes for exterior work, which is most wasp removal. We will ask you to keep people and pets away from the treated area for a set period and we will tell you exactly how long before we start. We use EPA-registered products applied per label by state-licensed technicians, and every visit ends with clear re-entry times.
What happens if the wasps come back?
